Opening tomorrow is Mostly Memory, new work and an installation from Armsrock and Elbow-Toe, at Thinkspace Gallery in LA. This looks like it's going to be an epic show. Check out Thinkspace's flickr stream to get a sneak peek of the show coming together. Here's a bit of the press release:

Memory is housed in everything around us. In our culture, our cities,our beliefs, and customs, it can be found everywhere. Memory is amonumental thing. It’s reach long and uncompromising, and at the sametime it is so forever fleeting, incomprehensible and changing. Andeverything eventually becomes memory.

ARMSROCK andELBOW-TOE have both been working very directly with memory. Over thelast few years they have been creating a body of work which is allephemeral, and is therefore, today, mostly memory. Each artist isapproaching the concept of memory from a completely different angle.They are creating a world within our space where reality and historymix with fiction and myth. Where the idea of that which is recognizedas the base of what is and could be. For good or ill, the final call isup to the viewer.
